We're the exact same. So annoying because when I troubleshoot it via my sky it tells me the problem is with my sky q box, but it is due to a lack of internet connection. I feel like this may be a DNS issue, and so something that just needs to be rectified on Sky's end.

My wifi decided to stop working a few mins ago. We have done the usual tests and runs including turning it on and off and checking all cables etc. Not working. Checked on tv and it is ticked beside the connection to router but not internet

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Thank you but I had done all of that before writing on here. It seems to be a sky issue that has since resolved itself. Thank you
