Hi there, in the past week my husband and I have both had issues with WiFi dropping out on laptops, iPads and iPhones. It's got so bad that during a one hour Teams call my laptop lost signal three times - once during a presentation I was making. This is not acceptable. I have also been conducting a continuous ping test and have been able to document the failure to connect to the internet. Please can you look at why our connection is no longer continuous nd reliable?

This is a community where customers help each other so you are not talking to Sky support.

If all the lights are lit on your hub then do you have a weak or poor signal throughout your home ?
