Started Sky FTTH 500Mb/s deal in October 2025 after my previous PopTelecom 25Mb/s ADSL deal ended up delivering only c.2Mb/s. The PopTelecom service started dropping out intermittently around midnight for months before I moved to Sky, and for the last few weeks also during the day. Now my Sky service has started doing the same thing over the past week but in reverse: first around lunch time and now again around midnight. My connection didn't even last long enough to finish this post in one shot. The upload and download speeds are great but some cowboys are **bleep** around with things that ain't broke.

I'm going to the top: Ms. Dana Strong. Can't post her email address here but you will find it on the CEOemail site.

I don't know but this has been going on on my council flat im

hackney (where connectivity should be fairly good) spanning a couple iyrars

every now and then I remember to report it and they give me a few nigh now they aren't even doing that and it's affecting my work I don't know what to do about it. What do you think? What should you do about it? Maybe we can both try the same thing and they'll sort us the hell out because it's really becoming a pain in the **bleep**.
