This is still the case and needs to be resolved as WiFi signal is extremely poor in this part of the house.

Perhaps note that the speed specified in the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' is an extremely unambitious 25Mbs even for Gigabit broadband.

Contacted Sky around 6-8 weeks ago about poor range on the Gigafast router to the point it wasn't even reaching devices less than 20ft away.

A booster was supplied for this issue, however when speaking with the Sky advisor I also mentioned that the signal is poor the other way in the house.

This is still the case and needs to be resolved as WiFi signal is extremely poor in this part of the house.

The house is relatively modern with very little constructions obstacles.

Kind regards

Rob

If you have broadband max on your account which I presume you do if they supplied you with a pod then if you contact them again as you can have up to 3 of them although extra ones might need to be installed by an engineer.
