I applied for sky broadband and i havent received an email to include tje account number

so i cant request a SKY ID

They technician installed everything today hours ago

still no internet though

So you have two issues:

No working broadband

No account number ?

What was installed earlier was it the fibre cable and the ONT inside your home and if so is the broadband hub connected to the ONT via an ethernet cable ?
