Sky Q Router and iPhone Dropping Connection

So, iPhone with my old router i had no issues. Sky have 'upgraded' my router, and now the phone wifi keeps dropping out where it would drop the connection but still show full bars. All you had to do was knock Wi-Fi off and back on and it would reconnect but most annoying!

Sky diagnostics says the system is working fine....

I think there used to be an old issue with dual frequency meshing, but our new router seems to only have one frequency

Any ideas?

Which Sky router do you have and what is the make & model of the phone?
