    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive done all the checks and says all is good but Internet keeps switching off I only have 3 devices in my home cannot get a person to talk to this is a breach in my contract as you proved service I pay for it but im paying full price for half a service not happy you said last time you give me a refund and you didn't service is poo&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Apart from a good will gesture from Sky you only get compensation for a&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;total loss of service&lt;/U&gt; not intermittently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What time overnight?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place.
