Vpn throttling? Recently if I connect to my vpn any download that initially is rated in minutes to download drops down to weeks! Doesnt matter where in the world I connect to - same problem. All other sites fine.

What can I do?

Besides the expected hit to latency Surfshark seems fine according to fast.com

Do you have Sky Broadband Shield set to its least restricted level?
