      <title>Wifi not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My WiFi is not working. I have the 500mb fiber. I tried it all. Disconcerting, reconnecting. The light is green and the app says the tests are passing but the WiFi doesn't work. When connecting any device from home it says there's no internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please don't reply asking clarifying questions. I have tried the full troubleshooting already. Address my issue and fix the problem from your end please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
