The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I had the same issue today at about the same time. Called Sky on my mobile and after the usual automated stuff, I got a person who tried to talk me through what to do but it just reset the router and make sure the router was not next a water tank and things like that. After about 20 minutes of trying things, the connection reappeared. The link I was sent initially to do self diagnose told me all was well but the LEDs on the router told me otherwise. I'm left with the belief there was an outage of some sort but nothing on the Sky site to confirm that. To be fair, since upgrading to full fibre, this is the first issue I have had in a few months. I wish I could say the same for the Sky Glass.......

The service checker doesn't necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there can be up to an hours delay before it picks up a lost connection which is why, on here, we tend to advise on trying it again later.
