Well, long story short, I run two businesses, and sky support calls always take an age. I've run the diagnostics you can remotely in the app and they all say its ok, although it obviously isn't. Last time I talked to sky, it took 45 minutes to get to the end of the call, and I can't take that long out of my day. That's why I though the community could help.

Hi everyone,

Apologies if this has come up before but there's so many threads I can't find anything relevant.

I currently have fibre to the cabinet, gives about 60mb. It's been stable and working for years. I recieved a call from sky at the end of last week explaining that they were putting fibre to the premises down my road, and for me to book an engineer visit. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of something, so I asked them to call back - they haven't.

However, and this might be completely unrelated, since then by wifi is stuck at between 12-15mb. Ive tried a wired connection, and that's still fine at 60mb. However, no matter what I do I cant get anything over 15mb through wifi. Checked it with speedcheckers on multiple devices.

As they haven't called you, why not call them about these issues ?
