    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3125043"&gt;@Miffster74&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you have found Sky make it incredibly difficult to talk to a real person.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, several months ago I needed to talk with someone and after a few goes trying to navigate the phone menu system/bot I think I managed to get through by taking the billing/accounting options - my guess is if it is financial based they are more interested in talking!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this might help you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class="" data-unlink="true"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Sky WiFi Max&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;. Since our Full Fibre upgrade, the router had to be moved to the front of the house, creating a total WiFi black spot at the back of the house now. Can a community moderator escalate this to send out a Sky Max Pod? Or other WiFi booster please.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thnk you, however this would be amazing help if a human being actually picked the phone so that I could speak to them to ask for the pod boosters instead of having to go through the AI voice activated say "yes" and "no" answers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can I add that my broadband speed was tested as per the AI voice on the phone, also I had checked my speed prior to calling. Rather than going through a say yes / say no system, it would be good to speak to a person about the pods or to login to my account and request the pods via a form that can then be submitted for review.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
