    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I was meant to recieve a new router last year which was never ever delivered my Internet has been running so slow since then , I have now been charged backdated money from skys mistakes which I do not understand but I do belive I am paying for a service which I am not recieving&lt;/P&gt;</description>
