@KateStone

Could it be that you have a poor signal in certain rooms as this is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/improve-the-wi-fi-signal-to-your-devices

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Hi, we keep having issues with our Internet dropping out. The Sky tests are showing ok all the time, but phones drop out on to 5G, Google home disconnects, and TV streaming buffers. Can you please advise on what can be done. When we had it installed just over a year ago, the engineers had to come back in shortly after to change something, I dont know if that could be related or irrelevant. Its getting frustrating now as it seems to be happening more and we're paying for a service which isn't up to standard. Thanks
