Hi Im sending this message to inform that our master socket has a face plate for the landline inly and is missing the part for internet because the new place we have moved into did not come with another face plate

We're only other customers here (generally), you'll have to call or chat with them to get connected. I presume you did complete a home move form with Sky?

Oh ok thank you for clarifying and yes I did not they just activated the broadband and gave us a new wifi box but ill make sure to contact them directly thank you for still replying
