    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;over the past month, our WiFi keeps randomly cutting out and then powering back up. Also it is slower than advertised. I reported these issues and although you said they were fixed, the WiFi keeps cutting out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I work from home so this is quite an urgent issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;please can you look into this and let me know what the issue is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's worth adding that Sky broadband being discussed on here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it they won't receive additional or quicker support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
