      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sky,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the last couple of weeks I have been consistently getting a “no internet connection” message whenever I turn on my puck. It’s getting a bit silly now, especially as I’m paying extra for sports packages and not getting a reliable service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried numerous restarts, checked all cables, and followed all the troubleshooting advice provided online by Sky, but the issue is still happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please investigate this properly and advise on a permanent fix as soon as possible?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
