      <description>&lt;P&gt;For 5 days a Samsung TV is buffering continuously in the evening, unable to watch the TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have religiously followed all steps to fix on My Sky to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4674364"&gt;@Hoolahan1960&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it isxworth rebooting both your Sky hub and the TV. To do that on a TV disconnect the power until the power led goes out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;rebooting the hub should make it find the least congested WiFi channel to use which if the issue is interference will sort it at least temporarily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
