Good Morning,

I recently moved into a new flat and purchased SKY giga fast. I was told it should be a simple plug and play setup, but so far it definitely hasnt been. I had the sky hub delivered and plugged it in after I had the message my line had been activated however when it is plugged in I get a pulsing Green No Internet light.

There is no outages in my area and it is setup exactly how i was told to. When the router is on I can connect to my wifi and it brings up a sky help page which suggests things that arent relevant to my situation.

Any ideas?

Are all the lights not lit on it or do you still have the flashing green one ?

It tells me what the light means

"Your hub has been authenticated. It'll be ready to go in a moment. The light will turn white when it’s connected to the internet"

but it has been doing this for 3 days so not really sorry.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
