topic Specific problem but hopefully nothing to worry about in Broadband

Not necessarily about Broadband but there was no option for this issue. Received your standard text from Sky, they want me to confirm my tomorrow's engineer visit by replying to the text with "Yes". I am unable to reply because the phone bill hasn't been paid (I'm not the one who pays it) I am unable to phone Sky or get any communication with them to tell them I can't reply. My question is, if I end up having to unfortunately not reply to this text will the engineer still show up? Also if so, when they call me before they show up will I be able to answer the phone call? If they text me I wouldn't be able to reply obviously. This is a really unf situation and hopefully some nice knowledgeable people can let me know in summary if I'm screwed or of everything's okay.

Is the phone with Sky, if so you might still be able to call Sky on 150, otherwise as you have internet access try using one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to make contact with Sky.
