At least once sometimes twice a week my broadband cuts out. I have carried out tests via the app, all appears fine/"good". Router switched off, Sky Q (and all mini boxes). Allowed them to reconnect, but Q box constantly advised there is no internet connection.

Eventually, after a few hours it will automatically reconnect and rectify itself - but same problem will happen a few days later.
