    <description>Sitting here since 03:00 with Router on 3 lights only &amp;amp; the middle one is ANBER &amp;amp; had remained that way till now that I'm typing this at 06:38! Have ran the device checker &amp;amp; as usual says that everything is okay even though it's not &amp;amp; with all my devices that are always on the WiFi when home it currently states there is 0 Devices connected! Will be ringing g in for an explanation &amp;amp; what you as SKY are going to do about it?</description>

      <description>BBroadband gone off again &amp;amp; Amber Light Back On &amp;amp; uet SKY Software says that all.is working when it isn't &amp;amp; locked me out of some of my programs &amp;amp; Apps ! So like the other day the Sky Checker is Saying That It Is All working when clearly it isn't &amp;amp; effected On Demand &amp;amp; the Internet Broadband , Still offline at 01:35</description>
