      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, my Sky Broadband WiFi has stopped working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_4309.jpeg" style="width: 4032px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/117782i10F2BE065F7A9EDE/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_4309.jpeg" alt="IMG_4309.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On my Sky SR203 router, the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Power&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;WiFi&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; lights are green, but the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Broadband&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; (or Internet) light and &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Voice&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; light are orange/amber. Devices can’t get internet. I've tried power of and on cycle and all wire connections to the wall have been checked and look fine&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mines the same woke up the internet test says it fine but it's just sitting on a green light no internet connection at all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
