      <description>&lt;P&gt;My SKY WI-FI is constantly dropping out. This has been happening for over a month, it has been reported and Open Reach have been twice to rectify the problem. Yet I still have the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Wi-Fi is the wireless connection between your hub and your devices. Broadband is the internet connection provided by your Internet Service Provider (Sky). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're still having problems you need to notify Sky again so they can pass it on to Openreach.&amp;nbsp;The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem is external Open Reach are attending again tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each time I do a check on my system through my SKY wi-fi come back on. Could it be giving the hub a boost of current??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
