      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Internet gets disrupted frequently, the four green lights in the modem goes off and there would be 2 orange and 2 green every now and then. This is happening from last week. We need an immediate resolution to this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
