For the last week our WiFi has been running very slow to the extent our Netflix is not connecting or dropping out whilst watching

also phones taking very long time to connect

Since this started to happen have you tried rebooting your broadband hub at the mains ?

Hello thank you for your reply. No I haven't. I don't like touching it. So do I just turn it of and on again do you know.

Yes, just unplug it from the mains for 5 minutes then plug it back in and leave it for a few minutes to finish loading then give everything ago again to see if that has improved your Wifi.
