I literally tried everything that is on here about having Wi-Fi issues. My ONT light is red and I looked at the link how to fix that but it didn't work. The Internet circle on my box is off and the voice circle is flashing like this amber colour. my Wi-Fi was working fine when I woke up at 8 am and now it's not working at all.
