      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since having sky i have not had the serviced promised and wish i stayed with virgin media. I contacted after weeks of internet issues and was told if i upgraded boxes for an extra £8 a month all my issues would be solved. I have done so and its worse. No internet all day yesterday. It started working around 10pm and then its just gone again. Missing all my programs, getting cut off of important meetings its not acceptable. I raised for a engineer and no update as to when. I was told the issue is outside my home by on my sky app says no known issues in the local area.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
