    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm still getting an error on my tv code 109, an engineer is due out but still not had any confirmation back, I'm getting frustrated now, if this continues I will be going back to EE as never had any issues with them, I came over to Sky due to a price decrease&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
