You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Youll need to contact Sky again to discuss the need for one.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>WiFi dropping out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i reported an issue with my WiFi earlier in the week. It keeps dropping out randomly for a minute at a time. I was advised it could be the router and a new one was sent but it still seems to be the same proble, even with the new one. Are you able to send an engineer out to check?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
