But it hasnt been delivered at all and activation is monday.

But saying I've received it by royal mail and got no parcel at all

Could it have been elft outside your property somewhere, so behind somthing or perhaps with one of your neighbours ?

Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a 'few days' prior to the activation date (my sons arrived 5 days prior to activation.

You should have been able to track it after its been sent out. The postman/woman will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You shouldn't need to sign for it. They should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.
