      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband check says my WiFi is fine but this is untrue and I've taken pictures to prove if needed. My internet is completely down despite resetting my hub twice. Worse thing is that when I'm checking your system tells me everything is fine!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the middle of streaming a box set then 12:30 total loss of internet service. Sky checker telling me all is good when clearly not, have now given up resetting etc as nothing working and clearly an outage beyond my house!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was so scared and the voice went off on the rota first other someone has cut my phone online and he's trying to break and then the Internet went. This is not acceptable.
