This requires action by the network operator who are either Openreach or City Fibre. Quickest way to get thst action is to run the Service Checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection. Once that picks up,the lost connection which can take an hour it will tell you if Sky have been told sbout an issue affecting your line. If they haven't it will walk you through some checks before offering to book an engineer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
