Check it isnt an issue with the Broadbsnd speed to your hub by running Sky's service checker in the My Sky app which shows a daily spedd test and can offer help,if there is an issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However by fsr the modt common problem is poor WiFi in your home which is not something Sky can control as the layout and type of construction of your property are the main determing factors,. If you pay for Sky's WiFi Max package they will,supply up to 3 extenders if you ask. Alternstivelybinvesting in a good third party WiFi system of your own could be money well spent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ever since swapping to sky we have had internet issues. Now we have more people working from home etc, it seems to be even more of a problem (expected I know) and it's a massive struggle to get a good speed for downloads etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sky max which should give me good internet but it just doesn't seem to work that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Please can we get some help please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
