    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Gd I've done all that and all it confirms is that I have an outage but no mechanism to report the fault, speak to an agent or give me any idea as to the problem or service disruption time scale ?? Also sky appears to reply on "users" instead of sky employees so still no contact options&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fault on my broadband fiber an cannot any working satisfactory fault reporting system. Bot just went in circles then closed the door "done" website contact number is "incorrect number" with no other options and no agent contact so not very happy totally unsatisfactory as sky mobile coverage rubbish in my area therefore 1.1mb download ?? Now have to go for a drive into town to do some work today &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
