I've had sky WiFi max for a while but now the parent controls and my profiles to monitor or pause devices have gone from the my sky app have these been moved or completely gone like the boardband buddy ?

No I've not changed anything what so ever im wondering if its been moved as all my family profiles of the devices have disappeared

@Sami1982 Do you just do everything connection wise through the mobile and the mobile app!

Would go direct to www.sky.com. login to your account and see what you have on that!

@Sami1982 sounds like you need Sky's help so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
