Received new hub and have lost all devices. No answers on SKY

Your new hub will have a new network name and password so unless you have logged into the hub and changed these to match what you old one had, you will have to set your devices up again by getting them to connect to your new Sky Wifi network name. The password is printed on the back of the hub and also on the small card that came with it.

Thanks very much for your reply,

When I set up the new hub I conected my laptop and it showed there were three other devices previously conected but I came out of the page before re connecting them and now I cannot find that page.

I should have mentioned my lack of tech.

I've lost stuff on the TV like I player and so on.

Do i go in through the tv? also the smart speaker - hey google says the signal from the new hub is too weak.

@9PK go into the network settings on each of your devices in turn and using the details on the hub label to connect them.
