@GH37

If you are in a contract with Sky you can upgrade to Fibre as this shouldn't stop you if it is available at your address.

If you have Broadband Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods that can help with signal issues as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

@GH37 the best boisters for a Sky Mac hub arecthe matched pods Sky will providecas part ofvthe WiFi Max package. In general,do not mix different WIFi kit from different manufacturers as the units canninterfere.

Switching to fibre will not cure issues with poor WiFi in your home but Sky can only provide full fibre if you home has access to either the Openreach or City Fibre networks it is possible that your neighbours are using one of the other smaller networks Sky cannot use or simply your address was not passed for technical,reasons which does happen occasionally unfortunately.
