    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have turned it all off waited, turned back on! Checked cables and still nothing: it went off last night about 8 and hasn't been back on since. Thst takes up to an hour to pick up a fault but if your servicechas been down sincec8pm it should help. Aftercwalking you through a few tests itvshould offer to book an engineer to check your line. Alternatively you can wait until,8am and call Sky and gonthrough the process over the phone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However that check is unlikely to happen until Thursday and the fact yiou work from home does not give you any priority on what is sold as a domestic service so plan for the worse.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
