      <description>Tbh I'm quite frustrated that I thought the years away from sky would have meant they had improved their products.. It seems not. Days and days of 0.0mb recorded on my BB.. Sky stream pucks crashing, terrible customer service and support, mostly sending me here to the echo chamber of other disgruntled customers... I'd post images of the issues but yes.. They don't allow it so that prospective customers cannot see the trash we have to put up with.</description>

Mind you, Sky does have a 2.6 star rating...&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":flushed_face:"&gt;😳&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They just put up with it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
