I never changed it. It stopped working and reset itself back to what it originally must have been.

I noticed the name on the bottom of the modem matched a network i could find when i scanned for networks. I put in the password from the bottom of the router and it worked.

My modem packed up and stopped working this morning. It changed its own network and password.

Anyone else had this problem?

Anytime since you started using the hub did you change the wifi network name and password as I am wondering if it has defaulted back to the original one ?

It's possible that the one you have was changed before you got it but then how did you connect originally? You can change it through settings if needed.
