just had sky fiber installed not even a month went of last week now friday just gone no light on router checked power supply in other socket same no power i asked this on friday the woman said sky routers dont break down !!the routers are useless so i will be going else where what a pile of junk ...

@scouselfc ifvthere is no light and the hub and it isnt a fault with the mains power it has failed. Of course Sky hubs can breakdown but it is relatively rare. As you need the unit swapped out I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
