&lt;P&gt;You might need another pod installed so you will need to get in touch with them again about this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So you can either&amp;nbsp;call them on 150 from a landline&amp;nbsp;phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we got sky broadband on 30th April, immediately it didn't reach my daughters room so they sent a booster out (that's located about 1 meter away from my bedroom).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ir appears to all be working apart from Netflix in my bedroom. It just constantly buffers. Sometimes I will get voices but no images.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;We have the sky max hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;beth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
