&lt;P&gt;Not sure why it would say that message but it might be worth checking again on Tuesday so after the Bank Holiday to see if it has been delivered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As you have done your bit and have the tracking details you can prove you have&amp;nbsp;returned it should Sky tell you that you have not and should this happen we can arrange some help for you via here to get this sorted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After ending my contract I returned my hub and pods using a printed address label obtained from Sky. Royal Mail say delivery of the parcel has been refused - see pic.
