&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;So you can either&amp;nbsp;call them on 150 from a landline&amp;nbsp;phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The WiFi connection with the tv and computer is so slow. It's fine on our phone but our live tv is constantly lagging and also the computer streaming is constantly cutting out and lagging. But it says we have good connectivity when I have been testing it on our app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
