You can run a simple internet speed test using a device ideally linked by Ethernet but failing that make sure the devicecis in the same room as the hub and around 2 metres from the hub. That will,give a guide if the hub has a connection issue. Note if you have full fibre and the speed you get is between 85 and 97Mb/s the odds are that the cable connecting the hub tomthe DND has been damaged and cannot support gigabit speeds which replacing it should sort.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Up until my router went down everything was green n no issu but since sky replaced the router it now shows red n where it says speed to my home rhis shows poor. Why has this changed since the replacement router 8s the same n everything is connected fine. How can I can get it back to green n why does it now say poor single to home. Please how do I fix this as I went it green</description>
