Another thing to add to this is when I test the internet sky have the cheek to tell me the internet connection is all okay. Like I would waste my time to do the test if it was working okay. [Removed]

I'm sick and tired of the awful internet service I have where I live. I'm in London, the main city in the uk and have awful service. There's not even fibre available where I live! The internet I do have is the best available in my area and it just keeps cutting out or doesn't work at all. How can a company charge the prices they do and not provide the service you're paying for? [Removed] . If I had another option I'd leave the contract I have with this [Removed] company but I can't as they're the only provider in my area. Absolutely joke.

The service checker doesn't necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there can be up to an hours delay before it picks up a lost connection which is why, on here, we tend to advise on trying it again later.
