    <description>&lt;P&gt;hello, for last couple weeks i got problem with internet speed is low&amp;nbsp; arround 50-250mb/s&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i was check on couple testing web site&amp;nbsp; and result is same, sometimes my download speed is 300 and upload is 700.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i dont know where is problem, was restart citifibre device and router many times and is not resolve problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If over WiFi it is probable you are simply measuring spedds of the WiFi in your home. To get axreliable test result use a device connected by a gigabit Ethernet link. Sky check speeds to your hub daily you can see the last three weekscresults in the ServicecChecker in the My Sky app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky can only guarantee speeds to the hub as WiFi speeds are affected by the layout of your home.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
