&lt;P&gt;Is that text underneath the table, rather than 'FTTP on Demand' in the table itself?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FTTPoD actually means almost the opposite of 'available'.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot upgrade to fibre</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every website I check, including Openreach , says fibre is available at our address and this was confirmed by a sky engineer on a recent visit. But when I go to upgrade online or speak with someone at Sky I'm told not available. &amp;nbsp;I've even had the WhatsApp message to say its available. Also on a call about a month ago an advisor at first said no but then tried something different on the system and said it is available. I didn't go ahead at the time due to high cost for existing customers. Now have really slow broadband so need fibre but can't give my money away. Any ideas ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
