    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, when Open Reach came to install full fibre on Sky, they failed and kept the BT modem operating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A week later, after 2 hours, they failed again to find the fault. So, yes, BT still working&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Switching BT to Sky. Getting full fibre installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open Reach have now visited twice and still full fibre broadband (on new Sky modem) is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both BT and Skys digital assistants are useless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cant contact Open Reach to get a 3rd engineer to visit as their website says i&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have to contact my provider (still BT at the monent) but they dont have any details of this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky wont talk as they dont recognise my phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bottom line......how do contact Open Reach to arrange a 3rd visit?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Openreach won't speak to an end customer. Contact has to be via your ISP (BT at the moment).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
